While I have been having a good deal of fun here in London, it hasn’t all been hunky dory. For one thing, moving back to a big city seems to be aggravating my asthma again. I looked out at the BT tower a few days ago and could see it covered in a wispy haze; when I left my house to walk somewhere I noticed how labored my breathing felt and thought, “Damn, it’s going to be Cairo all over again!”
